David DeRoo, a rocker known for being in the band Adema, has been arrested for a previous DUI causing bodily harm.

The singer and bassist was charged with driving under the influence after a collision January 2011 in Bakersfield and pleaded no contest in 2008. Upon violation of probation, a warrant for DeRoo's arrest was put out in June 2010. According to Courant.com, DeRoo was about to take stage for a concert in Connecticut when he was arrested and charged with being a fugitive from justice and is currently being held on a $1 million bond.

Joey Porter, former Pittsburgh Steelers player, was arrested for driving under the influence in Bakersfield in a Taco Bell parking lot. California Highway Patrol reports that Porter was uncooperative when questioned. He refused to provide his driver's license and tried to roll up the window.
