David DeRoo, a rocker known for being in the band Adema, has been arrested for a previous DUI causing bodily harm.

The singer and bassist was charged with driving under the influence after a collision January 2011 in Bakersfield and pleaded no contest in 2008. Upon violation of probation, a warrant for DeRoo's arrest was put out in June 2010. According to Courant.com, DeRoo was about to take stage for a concert in Connecticut when he was arrested and charged with being a fugitive from justice and is currently being held on a $1 million bond.

Mitchell Green, a Kern County firefighter was arrested on charges of felony DUI and vehicular manslaughter when he allegedly failed to stop at a red light and broadsided a Hyundai driven by a 15 year old girl, Michaela.
