Anaheim Police Officer receives 3rd DUI

Kevin Noel Schlueter of the Anaheim Police Department was arrested on March 2 after he crashed his 2010 Jeep Liberty into four parked cars. The 37 year old was taken to the hospital for minor injuries and gave a blood sample back at the station. The officer was also arrested on March 18, 2009 after he nearly slammed into a CHP squad car. While alcohol was ruled out in this instance, prescription drugs were not.
