DUI Checkpoints in California November 4, 2011

Once you are arrested for driving under the influence in the OC, you will need an experienced and knowledgeable DUI attorney who is willing to fight for you and keep you driving.

These DUI sobriety checkpoints are often announced prior to their commencement, however it is not uncommon for them to either not be announced at all or to be posted hours before that begin. Our Orange County DUI Lawyers understand how frustrating it can be to go through a DUI checkpoint, even if you have not been drinking. The best thing to do is to remain calm.

If you happen to be arrested during a DUI checkpoint, contact our Orange County DUI Attorneys as soon as possible. We will look into the details of your case to ensure that the arrest was done lawfully. Call us today at 888-444-7210!
