DUI Sobriety Checkpoints in California 10-7 to 10-9

Our Orange County DUI Defense Lawyers want you to be aware of the upcoming DUI sobriety checkpoints that are occurring all throughout California. While most are announced prior to their commencement, it is not uncommon for the checkpoint to randomly occur moments after it being publicized. To avoid being arrested during a checkpoint, please have a designated driver or hire a taxi prior to going out.

If you do happen to be arrested for driving under the influence during a DUI checkpoint, our Orange County DUI Attorneys are here to answer your questions, provide you with legal advice and represent you at both the DMV and criminal court hearings. Fill out our FREE OC DUI case evaluation form to have an attorney contact you directly or call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 888-444-7210!
