A 17-year-old California teen has been arrested and booked on suspicion of driving under the influence after he caused a fatal DUI-related accident.The crash occurred late Thursday evening in the city of Applegate, CA and took the lives of three passengers including Luke Edward Warren, 21, Daniel Silverman, 31, and Christian Mayorga, 21. A fourth passenger, a 17-year-old female from Oregon, was taken to the local hospital with moderate injuries and is expected to survive. According to an article on Colfax Record, the accident occurred just past a tunnel, on a road that goes downhill and cautions drivers to slow down. Evidence of skid marks was found just before the tree where the vehicle crashed into.
