Halloween Weekend DUI Checkpoints

Happy Halloween! If you plan on going out and drinking this weekend, please be aware of all the upcoming DUI Sobriety Checkpoints all throughout California. While most are announced prior to their commencement, there will be several cities that will be conducting DUI roving patrols; this means that officers will not be stationed in one area but they will be roaming the city, looking for drunk drivers.

Contact our Orange County DUI Defense Lawyers if you happen to be arrested during a DUI checkpoint or DUI roving patrol. We will answer any questions you may have, provide you with legal advice and inform you of the consequences that you could be facing as a DUI offender.
