Anaheim resident, Jessica Lynn Shekell, 23, was sentenced to 6 years in prison for two counts of vehicular manslaughter and felony drunk-driving causing injury.

According to the OC Register, on October 26, 2010 Shekell was driving the wrong way on the 91 freeway in Orange County when she caused a head on collision. The driver, Sally Miguel, age 49, died at the scene while her sister Patricia Miguel, 30, died hours later; the sister's two nieces, ages 15 and 11, suffered major injuries but survived the crash.
