Man Arrested for DUI After Fleeing From Officers
Sergio Montgomery of Santa Clara County has been arrested without incident and taken to county jail on suspicion of a California DUI.
Officers used a spike strip to catch a man who they suspected had been driving drunk. Officers tried pulling Montgomery over at around 1 am but he fled from the cops which then caused them to place a spike strip on the highway near Granite Creek Road. According to Mercury News, Montgomery's truck's tires blew out, allowing officers to arrest him.
