« Actress Jaime Pressly Arrested for a DUI | Main | 19 Year Old Causes Fatal Accident, Suspected of Felony DUI »

OC's Costa Mesa will have a checkpoint tonight

Orange County will be seeing a DUI checkpoint tonight starting at 6pm. According to Best of OC Events, there will be a checkpoint in Costa Mesa, at 17th Street and Raymond Avenue.

Officers will be monitoring the checkpoint from 6pm through 11pm tonight and looking for signs of intoxication; if officers believe that you are, in fact, under the influence they will ask for you to perform sobriety tests.

Please enjoy your time in Orange County, but remember that drinking and driving never mix. If you are stopped and arrested at any checkpoint, you should contact a leading Orange County DUI Defense Attorney to check if the officers followed specific guidelines in administering both the stop and the field sobriety tests.
