Orange County man arrested for DUI after crashing car twice

Last Saturday night went from bad to worse when 42-year-old Christian Aparicio was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving in Laguna Beach. After seeing the flashing lights of Officer Tony White's patrol car he was prompted to pull into a gas station parking lot. Officer White parked behind him and asked him to exit his vehicle. In a unfortunate sequence of events now likely memorialized on YouTube, Aparicio when exiting the vehicle put the car in reverse causing it to ram into the patrol car sitting behind him. As Aparicio tried to regain control of his vehicle he put it into drive and appears to have stepped on the gas pedal causing it to slam into a pole directly in front of him. The vehicle was a little worse for the wear, but no one was hurt in the two collisions.
