San Diego DUI and Hit and Run causes serious injuries

Jose Gaspar of Fallbrook was allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol when he crossed the double yellow lines into oncoming traffic and struck Archie Barnes also of Fallbrook. Barnes was seriously injured with a broken left femur and was taken to Palomar Hospital following the accident.
