Cardinals star Joey Porter arrested for Bakersfield DUI

Joey Porter, former Pittsburgh Steelers player, was arrested for driving under the influence in Bakersfield in a Taco Bell parking lot. California Highway Patrol reports that Porter was uncooperative when questioned. He refused to provide his driver's license and tried to roll up the window. Former police chief charged with Riverside DUI

Russell Leach, former Riverside police chief was charged with drunk driving on February 8, after crashing his city-owned Chrysler into a fire hydrant. Leach, 62, was leaving a club when Riverside police officers stopped him nearly three miles from the crash site. His front two tires were completely missing according to reports. The California Highway Patrol announced that Leach was not only under the influence of alcohol, having 11 drinks before the crash, but also under the influence of prescription drugs. Anaheim Police Officer receives 3rd DUI

Kevin Noel Schlueter of the Anaheim Police Department was arrested on March 2 after he crashed his 2010 Jeep Liberty into four parked cars. The 37 year old was taken to the hospital for minor injuries and gave a blood sample back at the station. The officer was also arrested on March 18, 2009 after he nearly slammed into a CHP squad car. Fountain Valley teen arrested for felony DUI

One week ago, 18 year old Danielle Everman was arrested for Felony DUI when her passenger Jacob Dearman, 20 suffered severe injuries. He was rushed to a nearby trauma center after Everman's vehicle hit a curb and collided with a guardrail on the 405. California politician arrested for driving under the influence

Senator Roy Ashburn was arrested on March 4, 2010 for allegedly drunk driving in Sacramento after leaving a known gay establishment. The Senator has run on a platform of Family Values who has led anti-marriage equality rallies. He is married with four children and has been known as an anti-gay spokesperson. According to Sacramento CBS Channel 13, Ashburn was seen leaving Faces, an openly gay bar, at 2:00 am and was pulled over by the California Highway Patrol. Woman charged with 2 DUI's in 3 days!

A 43 year old woman was drunk driving not once but twice in 3 Days. The woman was arrested by the same officer both times while wearing pajamas and no shoes both times. The Sheriff's office reported that the woman was pulled over and arrested on Saturday and released the same day. That following Monday the woman was stopped and cited by the same arresting officer with a blood alcohol level twice the limit. Can you be charged with a DUI without even driving a car?

Daryl Fleck admits to consuming a twelve pack of beer and then stumbling out of the house to sleep it off.
