Fountain Valley teen arrested for felony DUI

One week ago, 18 year old Danielle Everman was arrested for Felony DUI when her passenger Jacob Dearman, 20 suffered severe injuries. He was rushed to a nearby trauma center after Everman's vehicle hit a curb and collided with a guardrail on the 405. Fountain Valley police responded to the crash at 2:11 am and arrested Everman on suspicion of drunk driving. The Fountain Valley Police Department released a statement indicating that the passenger had not been wearing his seat belt. A felony DUI is a very serious charge and can result in a state prison sentence.
